Privacy and your personal information

Last updated 22 October 2026

This policy explains what this site collects, why, who can see it, where it goes, and what rights you have over it. It covers lumi.global and the two forms on it: the access enquiry and the contact form.

Who is responsible

18309183 Canada Inc. (Luminary) is responsible for the personal information collected through this site.

The person in charge of the protection of personal information is Evelyne Chevry, Chief Executive Officer. You can reach her at info@luminary-ai.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of the two forms. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts of any kind.

Why we collect it

To read your enquiry, decide whether to invite you, reply to you, and send you information about Lumi related to your request. By submitting a form, you authorize us to use your name and email for these purposes. We never sell, rent or share your personal information, and we use it for no other purpose.

Who can see it

Only the people at Luminary who review enquiries and reply to them.

Where it is stored, and outside Quebec

To process your request, we use technology service providers, some of which are located outside Quebec. Your personal information may therefore be communicated outside Quebec. We require these providers to protect it with safeguards equivalent to those of Quebec law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and contact records for 12 months, then delete them.

How we protect it

Everything you send is encrypted in transit. The site enforces HTTPS, denies framing, sends no referrer, and runs under a strict content security policy. The forms are protected by a bot challenge, a rate limit, and per-field size limits, and the site holds no login and grants no product access.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. When you close the information banner, your browser keeps a note of it in its local storage so the banner is not shown again; that note never leaves your device. Choosing a language follows an ordinary link.

Your rights

Under Quebec law you may:

To exercise any of these, write to the person named above. We answer within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied

You may lodge a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, the provincial authority responsible for the protection of personal information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we update this page and change the date at the top.
